We support companies and technical departments in the production of custom structural components: each part is manufactured according to the technical specifications provided, using latest-generation machinery and combining different sheet metal processes to guarantee execution precision, production continuity and reliable delivery times.
Levelling is the sheet metal process through which we bring the sheet to the flatness required for the subsequent processing stages. We use our levelling machine to eliminate residual stresses, deformations and surface irregularities that could compromise the quality of the finished part.
The levelling process is particularly important for coil-fed sheet metal, where the residual curvature of the coil must be completely removed before cutting or bending.
We guarantee flatness tolerances in compliance with the project specifications.
Shearing is the straight-line cutting operation of sheet metal using a guillotine shear. We use it for sheet shaping and for the preparation of semi-finished parts intended for subsequent bending or laser cutting processes.
The shear guarantees clean, precise cuts on a wide range of thicknesses. It is particularly efficient for the production of strips and rectangles with high dimensional repeatability, reducing preparation times and processing waste.
Punching makes it possible to create holes, slots, notches and complex geometries on sheet metal through the action of punches and dies.
Our CNC punching machine guarantees precision and repeatability even on large batches.
We work according to the drawing provided by the customer, with the possibility of producing standard and custom shapes. Punching integrates perfectly with the laser cutting and bending cycle, completing the material removal operations before final bending.
Roll bending is the process that allows sheet metal and metal profiles to be curved to obtain cylindrical, conical or curved-section shapes. We use it for the production of curved profiles, shells, mantles and open or closed tubular sections.
Thanks to our roll bending machine, we can process materials of different thicknesses and widths, respecting the bending radii specified in the technical drawing. Roll bending is often combined with sheet metal bending and laser cutting to produce complex components.
